PURPOSE

Deliver the activities of the Engineering Stores with specific responsibilities in these areas:

  • Contribute to delivery of our production KPI targets: Work within the Engineering stores to deliver against all of our key performance targets – Customer Service, Quality, Cost, Flexibility and People development.
  • People Performance: Work within a small team of personnel to ensure effective resourcing of engineering stores
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive production performance to world class levels by continuously setting high standards and targets to deliver continuous improvements.
  • To produce Guinness products at customer service levels, quality conformance and within budget.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of HND, DUT, BTS or higher in Industrial engineering, Mentainance engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering & Electronics.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations, Maintenance, Process Control and Performance Measurement in a brewery or drinks or food manufacturing environment.
  • Technical certification will be an advantage ( Brewing, Packaging, Engineering or Utilities (as appropriate) and/or a nationally recognized technical qualification.
  • Respond to change in a positive and flexible manner and sustain a positive outlook across a range of situations/challenges.
  • Positive attitude to own development and looks for opportunities to help others learn and develop.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Engineering Storeman/woman:

  1. Delivering against our production KPI targets:
  • 100% adherence to Diageo processes and procedures.
·         Stock check & reconciliation – fast moving items
·         Stock check and order – engineering consumables
·         Develop and issue stock check report –fast moving items
·         Cyclic stock check and reconciliation – 100 items
Daily: Perform the MRP Checks·        
Process any Goods Receiving, any return and any off-shift transaction·        
Process any goods issuing including direct purchases from various departments·        
Housekeeping of the Storeroom and Daily ReportGenerationWeekly: Perform a Count of Critical Spare Parts (20 – 50 parts at most)·        
Updating Spares Master Data (Stock Levels, Technical Spec, etc.)Monthly: Rolling Cycle Counts·        
Stock and Direct spares, Services and importations cost

The Private Enterprise Credit Agency in Cameroon (ACEP Cameroon SA) is a public limited company with a capital of 1,440,000,000 CFA francs whose head office is in Yaoundé, Cameroon. It was created in 1999 as a project by the Cameroonian government with funding from the European Union.

Acep Cameroon launches a call for applications to recruit a mobile collector. Applicants should have at least an O levels.
Position title: Mobile collector

Main mission

  • Developing the savings portfolio
  • Activities
  • Seek new customers through commercial approaches,
  • Collect savings and register new savings accounts
  • Perform regular customer follow-up according to the rules and procedures established by the organization
  • Monitor the market, prices charged and conditions offered by competitors to determine the relevance and adequacy of the ACEP offer.

Profile required

  • Have at least the BEPC /GCE O levels
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in micro-finance, or in the financial sector,
  •  Mastering mobile collection (savings service or loan repayment) 
  • Mastering the Internet 
  • Fluency in English will be an added advantage but not required 
  • Be honest, honest and committed,
  • Have good communication skills.

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To support the General Manager in developing and implementing the Bank’s Overall Business development Strategies;

  • Network with appropriate professionals;

Qualification and Skills

YAOUNDE: Three Drivers needed by World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF)

For our country program in Cameroon, we are looking for three dynamic and committed drivers who will support the activities of the Finance & Administration department.


Logistics Officer
Location
: Yaoundé
Duration: One (1) year Main functions: Contribute to efficient management of logistics and purchases, and facilitate staff transport. 
Major duties: 

a) Driving Drive the vehicles safely, ensure that all documents are available and in good condition in the vehicle, and ensure in particular: • Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles, both inside and out. ‘outside ; • Compliance with internal regulations regarding the management of vehicles; • Accompanying staff on mission and during official functions. 

b) Logistics/ Admin
 • Collect goods/goods from suppliers;
• Provide support to the Logistics Officer in the purchase of goods and services;
• Collect the various pro-formas and invoices, according to the needs of the office;
• Perform administrative support activities: collecting money from the bank, filing documents in various offices, etc. ;
• Ensure that service or material requests are properly approved prior to processing;
• Enter the orders in the system (GFS), according to the needs of the requesters;
• Collect all information relating to the use of vehicles, in order to prepare the recovery of costs on the various projects;

• Prepare invoices relating to the use of vehicles, for official / private reasons;
• Enter data into the system to generate statistics;
• Prepare monthly statistical reports on office vehicles;
• At the request of his supervisor, establish and maintain good links with suppliers; • Perform all other tasks at the request of the hierarchy.
Profile:
     Qualifications required:
• Minimum BEPC + 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international organization or CEP
+ 5 years of experience in an international organization or a multinational;
• Hold a valid Category D driving licence;
• Previous experience working for WWF is desirable.

   Required Skills and Competencies:  
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel;
• Ability to speak French and English;
• Adherence to WWF values, which are: Respect, Courage, Integrity and Collaboration.
